1. Will I have to purchase books or other printed material?
It's not necessary to purchase books or course materials. Some people like to order real estate books for study and they're personal library. Real estate books can be oredered online if, but it is not necessary to complete any online course.

2. What are the steps for taking a course online?

• Select the courses that you want to complete online.
• Register online and create your username and password. Write this down so you don't forget it.
• Log in and pay for the courses that you have selected.
• Start the online course. You can stop anytime in the middle of an online course. Continue until the course is complete.
• Download the TREC approved course documentation form. Send the form to us. We will sign it and send it to TREC.
• That's all there is to it!

3. What kind of computer will I need?
There aren't any special computer requirements.  The computer that you use to get on the internet is fine.

4. Do the courses have videos?
No, our courses are designed without video so they download fast. Our courses are designed so they can be used by a customer with either dial-up, cable or dish internet service. Video works best with recently purchased computers with a cable or dish internet connection.

5. Are the courses very hard?
The success rate for completion of an online real estate course is high. The material is the same type of material that is covered in a classroom environment. All of the information is covered in the course so the answers are there. Also, a test can be retaken an unlimited number of times.

6. What is the refund policy?
